The rules for using Haba. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. Last updated 2 September 2026.
You need a valid phone number to create a Haba account. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use Haba.
You agree not to use Haba to:
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own the messages, photos, videos and posts you create. By sharing content on Haba, you give us the limited permission needed to store, transmit and display it back to you and, for public content like feed posts and stories, to the audience you choose. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you share.
Anything posted in a public feed, story, group or space may be seen by other members of that space. Haba isn't responsible for content shared by other users, but you can report or block accounts that violate these terms.
Some features, such as verified badges, are optional one-time purchases processed through our payment providers. Purchases are subject to the refund policies of the app store or payment provider used at checkout.
We work to keep Haba reliable, but we don't guarantee the app will always be available or error-free. Features may change, be added or be removed over time.
You may stop using Haba and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that seriously or repeatedly violate these terms.
Haba is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Haba after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
